The love and respect of the people of Facepunch?
If Half Life and Portal were ever to directly meet, then it would have something to do with the "slight" time travel problem in that one test chamber.
But your theory makes no sense and goes against everything that has already been proven.

I'm slow here. Ahh, which time travel problem? [sp]Spoiler[/sp] tags maybe? (for others) Not Wheatley's 1st test repeated twice?

Happy? :D
yeah man i love the cock :3:
Cronos :sigh:
Portal 2 takes place way after the events in Portal 1. Cave is dead. Pretty much everything except for the robots is pre recorded. And the facility got run down by mother nature. And it takes a LONG time for Mother Nature to grow like that in a HUGE facility that is Aperture.
Like we didn't get enough theories from Half-Life...

Chronos, There are timelines that are built from things valve have stated, and events that occur in their games. Your theory falls nowhere close to any of them, and fits in nowhere. Valve have stated HUNDREDS of years have passed since the events of portal 1, that would put it at a minimum of 200 years. The Automatic Announcement system (NOT CAVE JOHNSON) says 9999999 (etc) because you are past the amount of days it can say, so it glitched out. And the fact that mother nature completely took over (which takes a long time) shows it has been a very very long time. I am not the first person to say this.

You're an idiot you know that? Did you even pay attention to the game?
Cave, in one of the old blue gel chambers, makes a time travel joke. But it's a joke and nothing more.
Chronos, stop giving people random ratings.

Actually the time travel is commented on even more (posters on the walls), but never really explained.
Even so cronos is dumb as a brick
That's what it says
A horrible person... We weren't even testing for that.

Well, the old-ass proton pack portal gun caused time travel.
But they've long abandoned protons and moved onto miniature singularities!

That's safe, right?
This is such a retarded theory it didn't even deserve a thread.

Just slight time travel though. OH SHIT!!! I shouldn't be talking to you, there could be a paradox!
Why isn't OP banned yet?
