Bobby Kotick thinks Bungie is the "last remaining high quality independent developer" - Games

If it were any other developer under his pay roll he would have said the same thing.

The products of good marketing too, but that's certainly not due to him. It's supply and demand; people want to buy his company's products, and he's taking advantage of that by attempting to charge whatever he damn well wants for them.

Activision publishes any Bungie games on any console (or PC if the case came up). He exploits the S&D laws to the max, and he still gets away with it. He knows what shit people will buy what won't and manipulates the prices in a way the dumb masses won't catch on what's going on.
