You know what I think? I think that people who work in the game development industry should be an actual gamer. I think that Kotick is not a "true gamer" but more like just an entrepreneur working for the wrong job. Sure, there are some very rich people who work in the game dev business, like Gabe Newell, but you can tell Newell is a gamer. Kotick obviously has little to no idea about the videogaming world and should get out.
