okay, to hopefully promote donating, whoever donates will have a chance to become an officer once the crew starts. The person with the biggest donation will become either a fleet officer or senior officer (depending on whatever i see fit) and everyone else that donates 5k will have their name put in a jar (or something else like that) and i will pull out 2-4 names (depending on how many people plan on joining.) also, every 5k you put in, another slip of paper will be put in the jar.
Do I count since I already donated 15k?
