Consider this, Darth Vader IS a movie villain, but he has still been in more games than RAAM.
Off the top of my head, i can think of like 5 games ive played that Darth Vader is in, compared to the 1 RAAM is in.

Kerrigan is heading towards the hero pantheon, and she's only really getting votes because a lot of people play and like Starcraft 2, not because she's an interesting and deep character. In fact, with this entire voting process it's a contest of who played what game the most rather that what character is better. In my opinion, The Joker is ten times more interesting than Kerrigan.
