just played for like 5 hours with kill_good, apparently lag doesn't mean shit in this game because he's on the east coast and i'm in scotland and it was fine.
Is it possible to place the background walls underground?
They don't seem to place when I try to use them, and I can't seem to break the pre-existing underground background walls with my hammer. I'm sure it's possible, because I've seen other people with underground bases with proper background walls

Back in the leak I could play in US servers from Australia, no problem. Took a bit of time to join the server, but still pretty good.

It does for me because I was playing with a friend who's in Estonia and I'm on the east coast, slimes would teleport over me and it's pretty hard to hit something with a sword and not get hurt.

It has to be open from the top of the world, let me try to explain.
If you wanted to make brick walls way down, you would have to start at the top and do it piece(removing the dirt with a hammer and adding) by piece till you got to where you wanted.

Also by the end of the first day I have max health at 400 HP, have beaten Eye of Cthulu and Eater of Worlds and have awesome loot. What am I even going to be able to do tomorrow, hnnnnnnnnng.
Also, the Web Browser in the steam shift tab thing is a great way to pass the time for blood moons.

I've been playing about three hours so far. I've gotten two heart stones, thus expanding my life. A few gems, accessories, some gold, silver and the like and now I'm currently expanding my house, awaiting a merchant. I even got a cloud in a bottle. I'll be uploading all my screenshots to Steam shortly. This game is fucking amazing.

Mine was okay most of the time, occasionally it would be really laggy but most of the time it played well.
War Axe of The Night makes this game incredibly easy.

Yeah. It only works as an accessory.
So it's a rare but useless item.

Shift + Enter, settings menu causes crashes for everyone regardless of what is changed.
