I had a nice village built in my old world but the game crashed and I lost most of it, I had just built that place for me originally but I decided having the npcs in one place was easier than chasing them around
I wish you could craft something like a wall sign that would give ownership of that room to a certain NPC.
AKA: A sign with a red cross on would give ownership to the nurse, a bomb to the demolitions man etc.
And there could be signs for "Player only, NPCs fuck off".
I can dream. :sigh:

Does anybody know what's up with the enemies and merchants teleporting all over the place? Blood Moons are unplayable now for me and my 2 friends. The server hoster has a high end machine.

Also the now look like some sort of mix between mice, apes, incest and annoyance.

Another problem, I have well over 50 silvers, and I have no merchant. I have a spot all set up for him, a light source, a table, a chair, and my house does have doors, but he doesn't appear. Is it because he is on the second level?

The guide (asshole) might have claimed the room. Make another and see if he shows up.

I just fought Cthulu, I got wrecked and only took 300 hp away from him. I need better armor and weapons before fighting him again.
