I have yet to find a heart...I'm still running off defaults. Are small maps easier to find things in?

It's broken. Steam version doesn't allow you to join your own game. Hamachi is much easier anyways.

In the leak small maps were pretty much compressed large maps, so yes.

Hes right, My friend who does the server opens the game, starts the server, then just opens the game again and plays. Easy
I have an honest question: What's the legality of using a pirated version to host a server (on a different computer; I know I can run it twice on one machine) if you ONLY use it for that purpose, ONLY until the dedicated server releases, and you already own the game legitimately?

You won't be able to since the leak is outdated, unless there someone put the files from the full version up.

Its ok if you bought it, but it updated so i guess you cant use the old one for now.

Idea. Just go into your steam folder and run the terraria.exe.

Also, you probably know this, but the update list proves that you can be flagged for cheating, which could possibly have huge consequences. If you aren't an idiot I'm sure you wouldn't cheat anyway.

You can get the eye of cthulu by getting 10 lenses from those demon eye things and then going to a demon table and crafting it.
or you can open some shadow orbs in the corrupted area and hope the eater of worlds or something appears, that's quite an easy one.
