You can do that in your cave by covering the dirt with stone or wood and removing the dirt wall background with a hammer and replacing it with stone or wooden walls.

You need to break it from an opening in the wall that already exists. You can't break through dirt walls if there's a bunch around.

Terraria stopped launching for me. It just doesn't do anything after the Terraria-Steam window disappears.

Don't you have to kill the skeleton boss to gain free access to the dungeon?

I'm basically a walking star magnet. I can't count the number of times I've nearly been annihilated by a falling star. I literally dodge them by an inch or two. Plus side, I get loads of mana, which is neat.

What did the update change/add?

I had attempted to build a bridge and tower straight to a floating island. After wasting one stack of dirt and 2 stacks of cobble stone, I ran out of supplies, and leaped off the bridge. Right onto a floating island. Where I died from falling damage.

They need to add an option to host a server using the command line, I want to host a server on my Linux box :(

Any way to play the game on a higher res? Playing it on the default res in fullscreen gives me a headache, and playing it windowed I can't see anything. :argh:
