My demo spawned on my roof, during the night. I rushed up and built a small house around him but then he teleported into a room downstairs. So I just bought this and was making my character, wanted to make a guy with long hair so I did so. Then I got in game and I heard the noise my character made when "he" got hit. :monocle:

The only problem I really see is the simple fact that I'm too used to minecraft. This 2D game feels shallow in terms of construction, but I then realize that it's more leaning toward adventuring and combat, which I'm liking. Also, the fact that the developers do things and are not afraid to add any sort of item (not just psudo-fantasy) is great. I haven't noticed any bad bugs, just little things like settings only in main menu, etc. etc. I'm sure that once this happiness of a good game wears off, I'll have some gripes. Stay tuned until then! EDIT: No pause is annoying, but it can be argued as a little quirk to the game of sorts, and makes it almost unique. I'm hoping that we can eventually pause it somehow, maybe just pressing "P" pauses the screen entirely, Mario Bros 1 style.

Does this game end up using a ton of memory for anyone else? It's using so much on mine I'm actually starting to lag.

My brother bought me this game an hour or so ago. Loads of fun, but damn hard. Is there a sort of tutorial guide anywhere?

So I got a 50$ pre-paid visa thinking "I'll get the 4 pack for me and a couple friends." Well my one friend already bought the damn game, my gf isn't interested in playing anymore (she was before she saw how hard it is) and I don't know anyone else with steam. So now with 40$ on this card does anyone know of some good games to buy?

After playing the leak to death I almost thought I wouldn't be able to get in the mood to play the Steam version. I was wrong.

I noticed that have a section about it on their FAQ so I'm going to try doing what it says. It's frustrating as hell because even though you got a gold pickaxe or something it still works like a wood one.

Customization seems so bland to me. Hopefully they'll add some more styles and such.
