Works, but also doesn't. Your ports and firewall are set correctly. But the error is Your server is actively refusing the connection... No idea what that means, but it's not a port forwarding issue. Some people say uninstalling Hamachi has solved hosting problems with Terraria but if you use Hamachi regularly I'd forget it

If you want to host with Hamachi installed, but not using it, disable the Hamachi network adapter.

What color are the underground jungles in this picture, I have full set of hellstone stuff, and all the good items in the game, yet seemed to have not yet find a damn jungle biome.

It tries using the first network adapter, and Hamachi keeps that one on, even if the power is off.
As far as I've seen, at least.
