Which one takes you higher (in case of not using them at the same time)? I do prefer cloud in a bottle though, because of the usefulness of a doublejump.
The baloon extends your jump a lot. The wiki says that you go from 13ft to 21ft. But with a double jump you can save yourself just a second before landing, like TF2. Plus it's so useful with the hook [editline]19th May 2011[/editline]
Red baloon makes you jump as high as double jump in one single high jump. Also, you shouldve got rid of one of your feral claws, since the effect does not stack.
False, the effect does stack. In facts my demonite tools are going fast like a rocket
Well, when i tryed on 2 feral claws it did not stack for me. I tested with my nightmare pick.

In terms of the flipper, I find just hooking up is easier and doesn't waste a accessory slot.
I really don't ever have any trouble being under water. When I need to go up, I just take my sweet time jumping/digging up. When in need of air, just make an air pocket.
I've just (accidentally) summoned Eater of the World, died 4 times, and half of my NPCs got slayed. I managed to cut it in half, then just after I died I got the message 'Eater of Worlds has been defeated!'. Didn't get any loot, he just went away. Will he come back? :ohdear:
How the hell do you even get the bosses to show up? Anyway, I may try and get this, seems very fun. [editline]19th May 2011[/editline] And why isnt there a demooooooo :arghfist::frown:

Fuck, whats the default terraria port
Loving the game so far. Very addicting. A bit confusing though if you don't know how to make things at first...

Found Ruby. Wonder if Berlusconi will chase me down now
How to host a game for friends?
I really hope they fix duplication soon.
I got this game today, and to be honest, I find it tedious, I think I'm missing something though, would anybody be willing to play multiplayer with me to help me enjoy this game.
How to host a game for friends?
Use Hamachi. Create a network, go ingame, multiplayer, start server, world, wait for it to load. Open another instance of Terraria, multiplayer, join. The server IP is the same as the one you have in Hamachi (shown at the top of the Hamachi window). For friends to join, have them join your Hamachi server. After that, they can join your server (server IP is still your Hamachi IP, not theirs). I'm hosting a server right now.
holy shit yes I finally found Cloud In A Bottle and Mushroom seeds! :buddy:
oh man cobalt shield is awesome
Who did that :( [img_thumb]http://www.ximage.ru/data/imgs/1305814390.jpg[/img_thumb]
I had a bit of a childish giggle when I just went there to look up Piggy Bank, and noticed how the article was "ever-expanding".
I got this game today, and to be honest, I find it tedious, I think I'm missing something though, would anybody be willing to play multiplayer with me to help me enjoy this game.
Goblin Hordes, undead armies, bosses of insane difficulty, rare items to be found and utilized, huge amounts of accessories, decorations and building blocks. And you think it's tedious? This game has more going for than (dare I say it...) Minecraft! I'm a proud owner of a Minecraft Alpha account and I've been having more fun these past 3 days with Terraria than I have been with Minecraft recently. Comparing these too to each other, I'd say MC is the tedious one. Don't misunderstand me, I love both games very much. Just right now, in Minecrafts incomplete stage, Terraria is more fun and more polished. It also looks nicer. More artistic.
