After seeing your new post , i still don't understand what you mean. I went through it as many times to make sure that nothing can be done to skip forward the puzzle. Doesn't matter if you make new portals , it doesn't affect how you finish the puzzle.[/QUOTE]

I do the first one, then move the blue Portal to where it is in the second image. The cube stays behind, so I'm [del]virtually[/del] screwed.

You gotta put some clip here.
What I did was simply holding W to get in.
EDIT: Found a new one.

Doing random things with the button always makes some 'nice' things.
[QUOTE=Smashman;29488586]Yup, it's bugged. When I put the Portal on the wall by the funnel, it closes stuff off and closes by other Portal, thusly I cannot get the Cube to keep the thing panels down.
If I step off the button, the panels go up, but the Portal stays, so I can go to where your panels are!

Here's one.
1. Spam light entities.
2. Finish[/QUOTE]
i'd like my map to look good though..
What's the name of the glas texture of the observation windows?
[QUOTE=Killuah;29489376]What's the name of the glas texture of the observation windows?[/QUOTE]
It's a model.
search for "observation" in the model browser.
@smashman
interesting , because that isn't the way to solve the puzzle.
Hmm , maybe I should make it so the white panels go black when the panel button is pressed.
@sora
Shit.

I wanted to have one of those fancy "cast light through the window into the room" lights but it doesn't light the room at all. It's also not dynamic :(

Cuz Refract textures are awesome. (starting to work on a underwater test chamber).
What do the portals look like if one is underwater and the other is in the air?
Someone could help me with the frizzler ? I would be happy :D
problem: The fizzler material is not showing if the trigger_portal_cleanser is applied on brush

The elevator at the end is portalable. It's an awesome map otherwise though. Really really really nice considering we don't even have an SDK yet xD

Wat.
[editline]28th April 2011[/editline]
THERE IS A PORTALABLE SURFACE ABOVE THE CUBE!?
fuuckk.
[editline]28th April 2011[/editline]
You can very easily make it impossible.
I'm pretty much done with my very first Portal 2 map. This is also the first thing I have ever built with Source SDK. I didn't even know Source SDK existed a few days ago. :D

Ice and flame cubes. :V
Takes about 700 entities to fill 1024x1024, so unless someone asks, not going to bother releasing this.

Thank you. :-)
I had cubemaps in the map before (made the video with cubemaps enabled), but they didn't seem to work right at times. If someone downloads the map, do they have to enter buildcubemaps into the console, even if I did it before? I'm asking because when I renamed the .bsp file, I had to rebuild the cubemaps in order for them to work. I assumed they are not stored in the bsp.

No.They are stored in the BSP,but the map only recognize it if it has the same name.
Okay This is starting to to look pretty!

They are indicator overlays which toggle textures with an env_texturetoggle
