The fizzler material is to big(1024x1024) or the brush I made? Than how to make one?

I tried to spawn a companion cube covered in gel, but it doen't work. I can't create any cubes, except the normal ones: [media]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1471180/Bilder/p2_1.png[/media] I'm using the newest (?, V6) FGD file. Any idea why it doesn't work?
Ok this is crap. Can somebody give me a prefab of a fizzler?
There should be one on the wiki.

Any idea why it doesn't work?[/QUOTE] Skins don't do anything to the cubes, they all just spawn as normal. Just spawn a cube and use a paint sprayer above it, activate it for a second then turn it off. If you use a spawn room, you won't see this and it'll seem to spawn like that. It's how Valve did the first blue gel bit.

There really is no need for a prefab, I think you've got something incorrect with your compiler, Archy.
Well, the fizzler works fine. But I cant seem to get the texture to allign right.
Well what could it be? It says no errors.. I have -alldetail deleted. These are the settings> [url]http://gamver.webs.com/Untitled.png[/url] Also the frizzler texture on a brush is not appearing in hammer, it is blank.
It doesn't appear in hammer.
Are the settings correct?
I'm getting issues with gel. It's not showing up as spots on the floor, they're completely invisible. Also you need to set it to full compile, not default.

Quick question: how would I go around making a button that would lower the panel if it was up and lift it if it was down? I know that I should I look into some logic entities but I'm not sure about which.
In fact, doing that everytime is just stupid.

I have the newest alien swarm SDK hammer downloaded from Steam, the SDK configs are set to Portal2 (Portal2/Portal2), I use the portal2.fgd file (V6), as the configs in hammer where you need to put the fgd's I put the portal2.fgd and the halflife2.fgd . I have windows 7 ultimate .. and while compile the map the game runs .. but i think that not affects [editline]29th April 2011[/editline] Hmm send me a vmf where your fizzler worked, and if it doesn't work it means that I have a problem with hammer or the compiler.

The elevator prefab what is on the wiki does not work correctly. I think it is only tested in a map wich was sealed off. At the top of the elevator is a leak.
