Hey someone should attempt a list of released complete maps, mods and works in progress on the wiki. Just an idea, though it might not be the right place for it. It would make things a whole lot easier for munchkins like me.
yep problem found, I couldn't set it prop_static beacause the fizzler_dynamic was for dynamic prop so i made a static prop and added the simple fizzler.mdl and now it works.
this is how you use filters:

This can also be used to make a fizzler not get fizzled if you change "box" to your name of the fizzler, change
"Allow entities that match criteria" to "Disallow entities that match criteria" and change the filter's name to "fizzler_filter" instead of "box_filter". ;D

Hypothetically, if you were launched by an Arial Faith Plate and had propulsion gel on the section that you landed on, would the speed you were travelling at stay the same when you touched the gel or would you land, slowing down instantly, and then slowly pick up speed on it?

Worth a test.
Well the faith plate has a pre-defined path, and I'm pretty sure a defined time to take from launching to arriving at the final path, it doesn't slow you down when you reach the end so there's no reason it would slow you down.

hey all 1st post and all, anyway, I get the error "Map with no Planes" knows it been asked before but couldn't find the answer on how to fix this :| also I am super noob to hammer,

how do I make the box to "seal" off the the world? step by step if possible please ;)

The box you (and I) created around the level has to be changed.
Press CTRL-T and then make it a func_brush and then name it "structure_seal".
Now the compiler knows its sealed."

Aren't you forced to have 9 chapters then? I'd be surprised if the chapters weren't defined in some file somewhere, even though I've looked pretty hard for them.

Combination of func_doors/func_movelinears and the hydraulics + 128 panel top in the anim_wp folder

I've got her body to move (just parent her body to a func_tank)

You have to search for it by decompiling original maps, or by just trying

start with a normal "light" entity instead of "light_dynamic" or check if you have enabled it and set the brightness

you can use modelviewer, in "attachments", it shows attachments i think :D
