More DRM = More pirates
No DRM = More love, less piracy
Just look at the humble indie bundle
While there is indeed piracy on the 360 it's not even close to as widespread as piracy is on PC.
Oh, and there's no piracy for the PS3
I think people underestimate console piracy, i've known loads of people that had there consoles chipped.
It took a while but you can now have games copied to the Playstation 3 hardrive, and it's piss easy to softmod.
Th Wii is way too easy to softmod as well.
People play fighters on PC?
I don't want another version of Street Fighter IV on the PC, I've "wasted" enough money on the original.
And people will just pirate it on the 360! Not making it just costs them. It'll sell on the PC. It's not like Piracy costs them money.
I can use an application from my TI-84 plus to allow the PS3 to play my old PS2 backups.
Search it on Youtube.
The calculator?
Yeah because not releasing is better than releasing and making some profit from the people who don't pirate.

Yeah! Any USB dongle thingy works
Completely and utterly wrong.
Prove it.
I never seen it before.

Not any usb dongle. It has to have some sort of processor on board.
Biggest issue is the fact they used Windows Live.
You know how many people have modded Xbox's and pirate games? A LOT.
I don't know much about PS3's, but I bet they pirate on those too.

I know that, but for such a big DRM-free event 25% is a very small percentage. They still made over a million dollars.
