All I can say is I do NOT recommend playing MK9 with a fightstick.
Fightstick + games with a block button = do not mix.
I'm really sick of the 360 dpad, makes some moves hard.

I'll try my best to get the OP up to standards but atm it's pretty shite.
Still if anyone wants to make it pretty just PM me the code

The 360's D-Pad is a worthless piece of shit.
I still look at it in comparison with the PS3 controller in shock and awe at how bad they messed it up.

It really is, but the controllers just work with so many games.

Not really. Xbox 360 controllers are good for shooters and pretty much nothing else.
PS3 controllers are good for all the other stuff.
Microsoft can suck my girldick.
Is online play pretty much worthless? I tried playing with my friend who lives in the same town and we still got disconnected, horrible lag.

Yes. Sadly, it really is.
MK9's netcode is utter crap.
I couldn't even get into a game to find out, there were so little people playing and when I could connect to someone, it would usually just time out.
And it's not my network either, I'm NAT open on a DMZ.

Don't worry, it's a universal problem, only thing we can do is hope they try to fix it at all
Lol if anyone plays the game on PS3 I'd be down to ATTEMPT a match.
I can't promise a lack of lag, though.
Playing this gets scary with friends, because after the day we go away and try to practice as much as possible to get better for the next time we play.
