Griefing A.K.A Making children cry. - Games

Huh, so this greifing. I've been greifing for a long time then, never knew it had a name. I love doing this type of stuff.

I fail to see what's fun in griefing, but to each his own, I guess. I'll just quit if I come by a griefer. Most of them are pretty pathetic when trying to get you rage, anyways.

Griefing was the best part of Red Dead Redemption. I was so good at that game that 90% of the time I'd get kids to rage quit. The other 10% just stuck around until I got bored... 3 hours later.

I hate griefers... I'm just having fun on my favourite server, the admin goes off to do something else, and then all of a sudden, chaos. :smith:

i like griefing in person. It can be done. Yesterday we were playing REACH. I actually managed to lower my friends xp by killing teammates (since i was on his file). It was rad.

I was a professional griefer in Empires mod. 9 mining the command vehicle and disabling the gameplay for long hours while having a good laugh.

That's a bullshit excuse and they know it. The real reason they do it is because they get their rocks off pissing people off. If they were to achieve no reaction, they wouldn't do it. The most effective methods to deal with them in a game are to simply leave or kick them. Don't get mad, don't give them anything to make a post or story out of. Simply remove their source of amusement from the game, and find a server that is more actively administrated. As an alternative, you could have the entire team join in, making the griefer's efforts pointless. Oh, and don't play on FF servers, because then you're just asking for it.
