Currently I am using the villages in Utes, does the forcepopulation command only give a few civilians? Cuz I'm not getting huge zombie invasions, actually I'm not getting any zombies at all. Well, civilians.

Place ONE and ONE only Ambient Civilian module down and put this [B]EXACTLY[/B] in the initialisation box when you place it
this setvariable ["ALICE_forcePopulation",true];this setvariable ["ALICE_populationCoef",1];
This will spawn civilians and force them to go outside, though it will take time for them all to get turned into whatever you put down, placing only one Zombie/Infected down will make it even slower, so press f2 click on the map and create a Independent Zombie/Infected group down (these must match the module you put down so if you put the zombie one down, make sure the group are zombies and not infected.)
If you want loads of zombies/infected at the start place down several groups or just lots of whatever type it is and group them togethr (pressing F2 and then dragging from one unit to the one you want it to be grouped to) Also you can place down groups of civilians to give the zombies more targets.
The populations of the villages on Utes aren't high at all.
Yea, I made one on Chernarus, there are about a few hundred civilians based on my helicopter blips.
if you don't use the second command, the populationCoef one, a lot of them will be inside buildings and not wandering around outside.
Even then, it takes a long time to get a sizable horde going.
Well what do you expect, every civilian has to be killed and/or infected before they turn and if they are only infected, it can take them a while to turn, like i said, if you want hordes of zombies, place down lots of zombie groups.

When I place groups of zombies, they don't advance on my men, they just stand around, is something wrong?
click on the thing in the top right, you know where it shows time and weather icon? click on that and then click on Nobody underneath Set Independents friendly to: and it they now should attack.
I did that, they still do that. Its weird, they get shot at but don't attack.
What module are you putting down and what type of undead are you putting down.

Anyway, is there any way to tell more then one plane to have a waypoint? I have a 3 plane squadron (They are all apart of the lead plane's squad), and I am planning to play as a sniper and spot for bombers.
The bombers will weaken the zombie town, then 3 Ospreys of troops will paradrop outside of town.
However, when I set the waypoint to unload (for the ospreys, I know how to work the bombers out), only the lead plane unloads, should I make each osprey alone so that they each have their own waypoints?
Also, what plane can carry vehicles, I want to drop in a humvee in with them. I tried the C130, but the Humvee won't appear in its cargo.
For carrying cargo you'll need either an entirely different mod or script, though ACE2 can let Helicopters pick up. (Though exactly how to get the AI to do that is another matter)

Well, I'm having them start in the air (because the AI is too retarded to take off, they just stack up on the runway not even using VTOL and sit there) and use a unload waypoint. They drop all their stuff there.
This brings up another few questions:
1. How do I make an artillery attack on a town?
2. How do I make the bombers drop bombs without them being in my squad?
3. How do I make the Airborne troops from the Osprey go on their own objectives, so that an order to move through the town isn't carried out by the Ospreys?
4. How do I make helicopters actually land and have their troops disembark, and not have them jump out?
5. Would boats have the same mechanics as a plane, just give it a unload order?
The mission I'm making is basically in invasion one, if you haven't noticed.
For those you really need to go to the BIS Website. As for 3 and 4 I can do a quick example mission 9no zombies) just to show you how it's done. Though I wouldn't suggest using Ospreys for Helo Insertions, the AI can be a bit tricky with them.
You should use a Transport Unload instead of Unload, and have the squads not attached to the vehicle by being grouped etc etc.

go to the BIS wiki and you'll learn all of that. This thread is about the ArmA 2 zombie mod not helping you create a mission
The AI generally doesn't fuck up Heli landings, though helos can slightly overshoot and have to turn, thoug hthe Osprey is worse for this because it starts off in plane mode.
the V-22 fails in real life too, im not surprised it'll fail in ArmA 2

The C-130 seems to be the worst about forgetting that it has to fly [I]above[/I] the trees. They often crash at runways too, since they have the turning circle of a small moon.

I know, an ai helicopter can land spot on a landing pad, even WITH the tail rotor shot out, it's quite funny really.

None of that "kill streaks" and "Points" nonsense. (Heck in ARMA you can ask for a heli strike and use to to fuck off afterwards).
Mostly i want an AC-30 with thermal sensors.

It's still ARMA, just weapons similar to those in COD.
you can use an AC-130 with the Mando Missles mod. Sit in the back and you can use the 40MM and a few other guns.
