Carto glitch. I made an emergency trip to that spot and everything is still normal.
There's no map editor for Alpha right? I know it's possible to convert .dat to .mclevel files, but is there anyway to convert them back. I'd like to be able to use a map editor.

I think that is a better menu, along with speed, attack, and defence. Hopefully something like that (skills, better inventory) will be added to adventure mode when it comes out.[/QUOTE]

So there i am going with the direction of the clouds afther 2 hours of running forward night fell and i took shalter in a cave, waiting for night to go away i went to expolre the cave finding a dungeon with 6 zombies in in.
I kill the zombies with my 2 stone swords and loot the Double Chest a green record, 3(!!!) Saddles, 12 iron , an apple some string and bread. As im climing up the cave opening the entrance which i sealed so no mobs come in, take a step outside aaah freash air (ssssssssss) OH FUCK NO. BOOM and all my stuff gone. Lost. Somewhere in the north...

I realise that, i never said i wanted them for survival, but adventure mode when it comes. Notch has stated himself that he will add an adventure mode with some rpg elements(keys, no building/destroying, new mobs, programmable tiles)

No it doesn't. 'Not finished' does not mean he needs to update, it means he's [I]not finished[/I]. He does not have to update the game if he doesn't want to, he can say "fuck you" and never update again and you'd have to sit there and take it because you didn't pay for a full game and you shouldn't expect him to give you one the instant you ask for it.

In the past month he has released Survival Multiplayer, taken a PLANE TRIP TO AMERICA TO VISIT VALVE to discuss marketing his game, started his own business, gone through dozens of applications, and is slowly beginning to select members all the while trying to make an update for sorry ungrateful assholes like you. Saying he's lazy isn't just your opinion, it's outright incorrect, because he's probably been working harder on his game than you have on anything in your life recently, pal. He didn't say Friday was the only day he could update, he NEVER said that. The fanbase demanded that he update on Friday and that became the tradition and GOD FORBID he stops for a week or two because that means he will NEVER UPDATE AGAIN AND I PAID THE PRICE OF A PIZZA FOR THIS GAME AND WAAAAH WAAAH WAAAH.

And honestly, who hasn't gotten ~$15 worth of gaming in with Minecraft at it's current state anyway? Although it would be a shame if he did stop working on it. Gotta say the last month or so has been a huge letdown as far as updates are concerned though.

i got home to discover that there would be no update, I tried to play Minecraft but I blackscreen when I tried to. Still haven't fixed it.
people from my teamspeak are suddenly deciding they don't like me for whatever reason, and are blocking and deleting me from facebook/steam/anything (and I thought we were bros. I actually like them :saddowns:). Whats more, my parents are arguing and shit.
If only Minecraft was working to take my mind off things.
