Yea, whoever made them fucked up. I just resized and tried again.
And there's parts missing on the player skin. I was going to make a paper herobrine, but I didn't want to fuck with the ridiculous printout.
I made my own diamond sword template, but I didn't ever finish the whole thing. I can upload it if you want.
Man I've only been playing for three days, yet I have not even found a single block which contains diamonds.
I found redstone so I know I'm at the correct depth for diamonds. I dug random at rock bottom yet no sign of diamonds.
What are the strategies you guys use?

Diamonds are incredibly rare, just keep digging. Caves at bedrock level are a fast way to find them but the deposits will be smaller since the ore is generated before the caves are.
I found a couple of diamonds on the vanilla server with IP 84.48.47.46 Dug an awful lot and took forever. Made a jukebox, but it never played any music.
