The creeper probably destroyed a section of your house too. Oh, and you've got about five minutes to collect your goods.

Thankfully, i made a big cross so i could find my way back after getting some wood i did for a while ago. [img]http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/5816/luck.png[/img] Though my chest, smelting thing and 3x3 craft was gone. My underground mine was still in good shape, though.

I just dug down right to the bedrock,found a blue block and jumped in thinking it was water. I fell through the floor and under the map, died and lost all my stuff :( Ah well, I have chests full of shit in my base, I only lost some gold, diamond pickaxe, lots of wood and iron. Quite a loss, but it's not too bad.

Holy shit I just started playing again and I found my floating house in InfDev. It's on a floating rock, top is grass and bottom is rock riddled with coalblocks. Epic place to start working from. Under it is a lake with a giant mountain next to it, the side of it is hollow (like a /(___ ). The _ being water, / being a normal side and ( being the hollow side. Shading in it looks amazing. The area is riddled with trees, mobs, and actually small tunnels leading underground. I've never really played this gamemode properly, gotta read up on the Wiki..
