Anyone know a way to make a trap that shoots arrows without using tnt? Or traps that dont use tnt at all?

Is this normal?[/QUOTE] It outputs that every time it takes longer than 2 seconds to process. Which because minecraft is 'single' threaded it will happen a lot. Especially when it has to load chunk data from files.
