Doesn't seem to be working. Does it matter that I'm just using M$ Paint? I don't have Gimp, Paint.net, or Photoshop cause I suck at doing anything artistic.
When does winter end? I've spent all day creating a fucking cool home & waterfall/irrigation system. The only problem is, it starts outside and the sources freeze after about 30 seconds :downs:

Winter never ends.
It doesn't. You can stop it from snowing if you use a program to edit the file but otherwise it's forever.

it never ends, put torches near the source to keep it from freezing
i downloaded skyland but i can't seem to get it to work can some1 help me?

Yes it does. After a few ingame weeks (a real, REAL long time) it stops snowing and doesn't start again unless you set it to.

I've never heard anything about winter ending naturally. I mean maybe it does but I've disabled the snow fall on my map because I got tired of it.

Do you have your difficulty on peaceful?
It was posted on the last page. Stack blocks to the height that you want your support beam to reach. Then place a fencepost, remove the block under it, place another fencepost, remove the block under it, and so on.
