After the update my sound is now dead and my converted skylands starting point got a chunk error and erased half of it.

You can "fix" the sound be disabling your internet, running Minecraft in offline mode, and enabling your internet again

Just the session, but it's a good temp fix, until notch fixes it
I've been playing it without sound (and listening to music instead) and I keep running into fucking skeletons that I had no idea were there. Jumped every god damn time.
Okay, I rebuilt the entire house with cobblestone. Looks awful. Might make a new world, I miss my house :crying:

Sort of fixed my creeper statue with some obsidian, and dug around it to make it look like it was trying to crawl out

Well yes, but the water simply disappeared after it put it in a hole, might have been because it was on an smp server.
Notch will qualify for richest game dev very soon.
Don't think there's going to be a friday update this week.
