I've seen some people with no working sound, so just incase no one has said how to fix: Get in game (not menu) Hold f3 Press s

Something funny happened to me: I was "digging" a room for my torch crafting and storing, and I found coal while doing that

I just bought the game, but it has a terrible memory leak. I know Minecraft uses a lot of memory but its at the point where the game is stuttering and I dont have any sounds, then it just crashes. I've tried the f3+s thing but that doesnt seem to work. It also does it on the browser version as well.

Cool, glad to help those who were having problems. And hehe, what operating system? If you're using vista/7 try running as an admin.

W7 runs things as admin by default on admin accounts, if you're getting memory leaks on either of those systems it's likely something hardware related.

You guys have to remember, notch is doing something with java that really wasn't meant to be done, so there will be memory leaks.

Can someone post a skin sheet with a place as reference to put my hat? The default skin layout doesn't show me where to put my hat..
