I used to be really good with the free weapons back when I played. I'd kick cash-shop users' asses.
Played Beta. Was alright, but then they released the store prices, and everyone's shit hit fans.
Played Beta. Leveling up took forever. Cosmetic items were unaccessable, because they costed real money. Guns sucked. Tanks felt... weird. Gunner was shit. Spy was fun-ish. Soldier was enjoyable, though. Planes still sucked. Jeeps simply sucked, but hey - suicide attacks on tanks were half the battle. It was kinda fun, I guess. I am not coming back to it, because well... there is no reason. And because I lost my account because EA e-mail server got phished.
Honestly, this was the only MMO I was really able to get into. When the game was in its early stages (before uber weapons, and the price change) I would play it all the time. I liked it so much, I decided to coin in my money and buy weapons, and some sweet clothes, as seen above. As time went on, I bought other stuff, and I hooked myself. It's only fun to play if you pay, sadly, but I still like it.
It was an alright game but I didn't really like it that much. The microtransactions ruined the game for me. I'd rather play an actual Battlefield game.
It's too basic for a Battlefield game, you can't choose spawn points anymore, there are tons less vehicles, and the perks type system is annoying. Also the way servers work is terrible. Why can't there be a server browser?
It is supposed to be a simpler version of battlefield, I find it very fun. Oh look people on the internet against paying for something, who would've thought?
against paying for things that make you indestructible in a game about your enemies NOT BEING INDESTRUCTIBLE (says so in the first fucking trailer)
In all the games I played only once was I against one of these "Indestructible" guys with hella items and shit. All I did was just leave, most of the time you play against other free players anyway. Plus I signed up for the EA Gun Club thing and got 700 BF (about $5) but I don't know if it's still going on.
It's really entertaining for a free game, but I'd rather stick to something like Quake Live
It's fun for a few hours but gets boring pretty fast.
I tried it, didn't like it.
I fucking love this game.
