I think I saw a golden ranger in campaign earlier, on [sp]the Package, defending Halsey's base,[/sp] it ran at me with an energy sword. I was on normal.

Me and my buddy were playing some Legendary campaign earlier. When we got to the part in Winter Contingency where the first datapad is there was a Bob amongst the troops.
He ran away but we managed to kill him. According to my stats on Bnet I've killed 5 Bobs. This was the first one that I've killed knowing what it was. I don't ever remember seeing the others.
According to b.net I've killed exactly one bob

A golden elite ranger.
The story on my name: One time in Invasion I skyjacked a Spartan in a Falcon, then the game switched hosts. After the host switch neither of us were in the Falcon, and I assassinated the Spartan mid-air. After realizing how awesome this could turn out I asked my teammate in a Warthog to pull up under me. I landed on the Warthog and lived with 1 bar of health.
