Solo legendary took me about 14 hours. The rest is co-op, challenges, and data pad hunting.
I'm at 120,000 cR and i'm saving up to get Heart Attack. I haven't bought a single item yet.

Has anyone manged to assassinate a Brute? Its possible. I've seen it happen. I can't figure out how to do it though.
You do it the same way you would assassinate anything else.

Hasn't updated my spartan, but the only thing I have changed in the past week and a half or so is the colour, its primary colour is now blue, secondary red.

Why is it that every single goddamn teammate I get in Invasion cannot understand the basic concept of stealth?
What I gather of their thought process: "oh he's sneaking up on 4 unsuspecting enemies I BETTER SPAWN RIGHT NEXT TO HIM AND SPRINT UP AND SPAM GRENADES AND MELEE AND PROMPTLY DIE ALERTING THEM TO HIS POSITION AND GETTING HIM KILLED! foolproof"

I'm talking about it with an animation. I've melee'd brutes plenty of times in the back, but I've not been able to do an Assassination with animation. It is possible though. I seen someone do it in Firefight.
You have to do it in a certain position.

Sometimes, Assassinations just... Don't work. Happens at the most inopportune opportune times - no one else is around to steal it or kill you, so you go for the Assassination... And it's just a Beat Down.

The more annoying thing is on Invasion Spire when you have terrible teammates who try to snipe from up on the spire with a DMR or Needle Rifle. However they cannot hit anything and stand up there all match not going after the core.

Had that happen to me aswell, especially when i tried getting "if they came to hear me beg" achievment. Was directly behind the elite, held down the button but it just melee'd instead of assasinated him.
