How do you play splitscreen coop, im not seeing the option for it.
Just connect the other controller, sign in as a guest or another gamertag and choose Campaign.

Only the helmet is exclusive, anyone can get the shoulders and/or other Recon armor.
How come on multiplayer some people have a white icon to the right of their gamer tag in the lobby? I've only seen them a couple times.

Probably to balance it out, you wouldnt want your teammates killing too much stuff.
Also skirmishers on sniperfight make me rage.
It seems to be a pretty standard practise in shooters Flubadoo. Make allies' weapons significantly weaker than your own so that they can't go running around "stealing" all the player's kills. Would you rather feel like a complete badass significantly better than your mates, or just feel rank and file.
I wish I had XBL so I could play with you guys.

Well I really don't since Jun is putting 60 pieces of .50cal+ rounds into an elite, and nothing is happening.
Why arn't you putting 60 pieces of .50cal into that elite.

Might be late but if you click in and hold in the left stick the Y movement becomes much slower so using the bumpers isn't as jump and inaccurate, once I figured that out forging became piss easy.
The controls and Forging in general is so easy compared to Halo 3 and it was great of them to lock vertical movement to one button and not having to get into awkward angles just to move something up and shit.
Does anyone feel that Halo's made little sense? I mean they can support plant life and have vast oceans but it can't support animal life? There's probably microscopic life-forms but seriously, not a single being on them?

It's not a matter of supporting or not. The forerunners probably didn't want that much animal life on them because they could possibly break the infrastructure. In Halo 2 you can see dragonfly-like birds flying.

its been like the complete opposite for me
I used to hate the ODST armor in Halo 3 and I wasn't a massive fan of it in H3 ODST but in Reach, for some reason, I fucking love it.. with the 2nd helmet attachment and the ODST chest.. it just looks so nice and my main body is Brown and the accents are Steel so I just look mean. I also have the Master Chief like shoulder pieces since one ODST shoulder is 25k but when I can, I'll get them to complete my [I]Classified Augmented ODST Super Soldier Spartan III Variant[/I] armor ;D
