Some reason I can't start a map I made that's ran with infection on, Anyone wonder why?
So, anyone watch the Behind the Scenes with their Legendary Edition yet?
It makes me very sad . . . all the cool stuff they had [I]in[/I] the game, but then had to take out for one legal reason or another.
Example:
Every time you meleed an Ostrich thing, Kat would laugh a bit. That would've made me like Kat soooo much more.
And speaking of Ostrich things, in an earlier build YOU COULD RIDE THE OSTRICHES! And they even had a multiplayer game type where everyone rode ostriches with plasma swords: it was called JOUST! :psyboom:
I had to stop watching because I was getting a little angry at the crap that wasn't in the game.

You need to have Safe Zones for Safe Haven. Lemme find it real quick..

I remember seeing a Forklift for the first time.
It was an impressive entity standing without fear.
I was behind cover, half dead against an elite.
I threw my grenade and missed completely, the forklift however took pitty on me and lunged itself straight at the elite pulverizing the alien into a wall.
SWAT on Blood Gulch is the worst idea I've ever seen.

Am I the only person who finds fighting elites much more satisfying than the whole 'fight only brutes' that we got in Halo 3 and ODST?
I found it more fun and more challenging.

the fact that they werent heavily featured for the last 2 games makes them so much more interesting
its awesome
like on heroic against brutes it's all just bout killing them
but against elites there's so much things that make elites more......challenging and fun

Elites won't have enough time to use those.
I really would've liked bungie to give elites more love in the customization department. Plus they only have like 2 armor abilites. (I think)
I just got my first Running Riot today. I was pretty impressed as I started off doing poorly.

Could have sworn more people would use Grenadier. Oh well, I am a special cookie now.
I was not expecting to be able to change my appearance and gender in singleplayer. I think it's a nice touch.

oh so thats for one round right? or several?
Will repost this for new page, the Commendation grinding, Gruntapocalypse/Score Attack technique for getting credits works well. About 2000cR +/- 250cR per game and generally games last 5-7 minutes if you can headshot consistently.
Corvette is fucking great for it too, Just sit up on one of the perches right outside spawn and between waves run back down to spawn for ammo. From where you spawn, you sit directly opposite the main entrance for the Grunts so you can pop them as they walk out and get overkills and shit or if you're fast enough and since Corvette is pretty small, you can just pop-shot all of them and get high multikills.
Always try and get at least double kills and headshots, so wait until the Grunts are grouped closely together or catch them from spawn.
Just realized. Good portion of the Fall of Reach book's canon is pretty well overwritten by Halo:Reach. Ain't that a bitch.
