Who wants to try out my race map? It's called Cliffside and it's on my file share.
These are the current loadouts. Scout Assault Rifle Magnum Spring 2x Frag Marksman DMR Armor Lock 2x Frag Ninja Plasma Repeater Magnum Active Camo 1x Plasma Air Assault Spiker Jet Pack 1x Frag Grenadier Shotgun Grenade Launcher Armor Lock 2x Frag Any complaints? [editline]08:17PM[/editline] I might turn on weapon pickup, but there won't be any weapons on the map.
Just wondering, has anyone figured out why the Firefight/Co-op Campaign sucks for me/others? It's definitely not my connection.. But whenever I play I constantly have delay in my actions which makes it completely unplayable for me. Is there any way to fix it? I hear of others in my dorm (who have worse internet connections, or the same since I have the best around) that they're fine.. My Xbox is hard wired to my modem, and my network status is considered fine. (By fine I mean more than acceptable.) I don't get it. Maybe it's my older Xbox? I've never had to turn mine in for anything. It's probably 2-3 years old. The ones I hear playing it just fine have either special edition xboxs or a more recently bought one. Ideas/fixes/opinions?
Marksman should get a sniper rifle and Air Assault should get a rocket launcher.
Jeff, that's a connection issue. Halo 3/ODST had it real bad. I have the same issue. If you're host, you won't have any problems. Try opening your NAT. [editline]08:20PM[/editline]
Marksman should get a sniper rifle and Air Assault should get a rocket launcher.
That'd be incredibly OP. I don't think anyone wants cross-base sniper fests and flying rockets.
I would like to join this "Forge Wars" game. I am indifferent.
I would like to join this "Forge Wars" game. I am indifferent.
Red Team. We need two more players!
That'd be incredibly OP. I don't think anyone wants cross-base sniper fests and flying rockets.
Didn't think of it that way. No more objections from me.
If we're doing this tonight I won't be able to come.
Didn't think of it that way. No more objections from me.
The way I have things set is so that weapons and abilities balance each other out. Scout: Basic (nothing special) Marksman: Range, but not mobility Ninja: Stealth and plasma nade, but weapons aren't very ranged. Air Assault: High mobility, less than standard weapons. Grenadier: High power, low mobility. [editline]08:26PM[/editline]
If we're doing this tonight I won't be able to come.
Then I'll take you off the list. :|
Alright
I need three more players!
I need three more players!
I can't make anything in Forge. Problem?
I can't make anything in Forge. Problem?
You can be idea guy. ...on the other team.
So are we almost ready?
Does anybody else understand the link between Halo 3's legendary ending and halo reaches ending? [sp] When it shows noble 6's broken helmet on the ending, when it shows it when reach is back to normal, if you look to the left theres the Forward Unto Dawn. Now in the ending of Halo 3 (legendary) it shows the Forward Unto Dawn drifting towards an unknown planet. It is also known that when that happens the year is 2553, a year after the events of halo reach. Now what this means is that the Forward Unto Dawn where Master chief is in is now at Reach! My info that backs this up is that Cortana is talking at the ending and when it shows the mystery planet in Halo 3's legendary ending it shows the planet to be greener, and very similar looking to Reach in the space mission, not to mention that it shows the Further Unto Dawn in the background. This could mean more Master Chief, thus becoming more Halo. I thought it was a cleaver ending. [/sp] Also, spoilers for Halo Reach and Halo 3!
So are we almost ready?
Right now we have 5 players (unless Mr. I-can't-forge gives me his GT). We could do 3v3, but I'd rather it be 4v4.

You have no info to back up that its well into the future. [/sp]

Can we get another player so we can get started? :|
[sp]Maybe it's a oversight by Bungie[/sp] Also is there an infection mode called angry golfer where the zombie has a golf club?
Can we get another player so we can get started? :|
Is the game starting now?
[sp]It says at the bottom of the screen it takes place in 2583[/sp]
[sp] Really? Didn't notice that, but that doesn't mean that Master Cheif can be at reach, and they are currently rebuilding it. What I'm saying is that Reach is still here, and Master chief/the whole UNSC might be at reach. [/sp]
Is the game starting now?
Not yet.
I fucking love my Armor, every time I look at it I think the only possible thing that could make it look better is having the ODST Shoulders which I can afford but I'm not the right level for them yet. I might add a wrist and leg piece sometime and change the Visor to either Silver or Black but my main priority is getting the ODST Shoulders.
Everyone get in here. [editline]09:02PM[/editline]
I might add a wrist and leg piece sometime and change the Visor to either Silver or Black but my main priority is getting the ODST Shoulders.
Same here. Also you're gonna play with us.

You're seriously over thinking this.[/sp]
