I shudder when i hear "Halo 2" and "is a good game" in the same sentence. By far halo 2 was the worst. Regenerating health, OP gun starts, mLg PrOs, trolls everywhere, every voice chat sentence containing the phrase "Yo mama".
some people are blind about halo 2. also, halo 2 was rushed to release with several corners cut and quality lower then expectations.
they made a good original game, we expected them to make something better. halo 2 failed at that. halo 3 fixed that bridge, by many ways; such as muting from the scoreboard, improved MM, and most of the time no BR starts, and giving the MLG losers and swat a separate playlist.
You know, if everyone enjoys a game and you don't, maybe your the problem?

I believe they have not added it to Reach yet, since it was just a test in the beta and are still deciding whether or not to put it in the final game.

I've played a couple Gen Defense games. It's no different from vanilla Firefight really, you just periodically lock the generators as you fight. It is in the matchmaking playlist.
I liked Halo 2 as well. I just wish the visuals wouldn't mess up on my 360.

I thought Halo 2 was arguably the best. I loved the easter eggs (particularly the skulls). It also had one of the best Matchmaking systems for its time. Hell, even the glitches were fun - remember superbouncing?
Halo 2 seems like a game that you either love or hate. Either way, let people judge it the way they like.
