[sp]Its not possible to survive. The game was made to have that ending and you are going to have to die sometime. The helmet at the beginning of the game symbolizes you are fallen/dead.[/sp]
[sp]Oh, I get it. The idea isn't to jump feet first into hell, but rather to make sure its crowded when I get there.[/sp]
Well the campaign farming works a bit, however, if a person can't pull parts off they can't get the 1000-2000 credits in 10 minutes compared to grunpoc's 7 minutes and 1000-15000 credits. I did the Tip Of The Spear thing, got lots of multikills(even a couple of killtrocities) and such for ten minutes...459 credits. Lots o' matchmaking( and maybe Gruntpoc) it is!

I am so playing gruntpocalypse if I beat campaign.
That's my service tag. Not sure if this is a spoiler, better safe than sorry. [sp]Killing the phantoms and banshees with the MAC gun in PoA is a bitch on heroic.[/sp]
a bitch?....its a hellhound
a bitch?....its a hellhound
I think I should just [sp]kill the phantoms first and not worry about the banshees till all the phantoms are dead.[/sp] Hopefully that'll work.
I think I should just [sp]kill the phantoms first and not worry about the banshees till all the phantoms are debris.[/sp] Hopefully that'll work.
[sp]Just hide until Keyes tells you Shoot now Spartan![/sp]
what's the song in the OST where [sp]you get knocked out by a zealot in the second level[/sp]?
9:30 in, say what you want about Bungie, but Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori know their music.
So, the only [sp]data pad[/sp] I know about is [sp]the one that the Spec-Ops Elite holds at the very beginning of the first mission at the beacon[/sp]. Are there any other [sp]known locations (spoiler tagged because it's a hint)[/sp]? [editline]07:08PM[/editline]
That's my service tag.
If Hemorrhage had vehicles all the time then I'd lean more to play on it.
Yeah, best part of all the gulch maps were the vehicle fights.
Am I the only one who really liked the end of Reach? [sp]Sure it wasn't an epic battle, but that was the point. You're fighting a battle you lost long ago, you're out numbered, out gunned and out of ammo. All you can do is send as many of those Covvie bastards to hell before you end up there yourself. Most games would end in a massive battle, thousands of enemies and explosions everywhere in a grand last stand. In Reach you're alone, no way to help and no backup on the way. You're not killed in an epic battle of resistance, you don't go down with your band of brothers and you aren't the big hero. You're just a soldier who did his/her job, got cornered after completing your objective and are killed by a measily seven Elites. And when it's all over no one sings your name, no one regails crowds with tales of your bravery, hell, noone even knows your name. You're the unsung soldier who made the big hero's ultimate victory possible.[/sp]
Assassinated an elite on the Spire right as I got down from the man cannon. And delivered the core with exactly 1 second remaining :smug:

[sp]Granted the average marine couldn't take on a single elite in open combat, much less seven.[/sp] [editline]07:20PM[/editline] Also, the obsession to make sure every soldier survives was back in this game, HARD. Why is it that every Halo game makes you care for, and look after, the marines in your team? I literally restarted the mission where you [sp]work with the seperatists[/sp] when they all died, even then I was pissed off I lost [sp]2 of them out of the original 3.[/sp]
does gaylo wars add any signifigant story to the series because i might buy it?
It's Halo Wars.
does gaylo wars add any signifigant story to the series because i might buy it?
Nah, the story didn't even feel like Halo to me.
One more daily challenge left.
Anyone think the weekly challenge is stupid this week?
No. It's completely reasonable.
No it isn't, the weekly challenge should be hard. It should take a lot of time/skill/luck to get. I almost got it at a friends house in a couple of hours of just dicking about on matchmaking. It took me 4 days to get the original.
weekly challenge is easy this week
[sp]Oh god that nightclub part took me forever until i realised that you didn't have to kill the hunters.[/sp]
So skimming is now allowed and it was all about some people glitching comendations? And the challenge seems rather weak. You don't even have to win the games.
It's Halo Wars.
Anyone know how the Slot Machine works? Sometimes it is triple digit, some times it is 2.
Anyone know how the Slot Machine works? Sometimes it is triple digit, some times it is 2.
Not sure, but the other day I got 777, it was awesome.
