Yes him and his buddy who was a Major Grade 3 kicked quite a bit of ass. They did better as elites however compared to Spartans.
I believe there are enough ranks to get to 2mil cR
Of course he is a booster. You can't have played normal matchmaking that much yet and hit that rank unless he hasn't slept in forever, however, he is pretty good.

Why do people need, let alone have, more than one account?
Has anyone figured out if or where you can set the infection settings on what determines who will be the next zombie (winner, loser, etc), I know you could set this on Halo 3 but I can't find it in Reach.
