 Looking south you see abandoned buildings and burned out cars.  To the west you
 can make out the trees of the city park in the distance.  A neon 'OPEN' sign
 flickers in the window of the neighborhood market located on the northwest
 corner.
 A sign for the Slagtown Galleria sits atop a metal pole. An FCPD cam peers
 down from a utility pole.  The lights are on, illuminating the area.  Some
 whitish goo has been shot onto the pavement.  The ground is soaked with red
 soda.  The ground is soaked with blue soda.  A puddle of foul smelling urine is
 slowly soaking into the ground.  A revolting stench hangs thickly in the air.
