I'm saving up for a Corpclave abode. I believe it's 100,000 upfront or so, which I have, but the rent is what I'm working on. I figure it'd add up pretty fast during inactive periods. Currently I'm in Sweaty Palms which is mediocre at best.
[B]EDIT:[/B] Actually, the condos are 500,000 up front, but the rent isn't too bad at 750. The other one is 1,500,000 with a 1,000 rent.

There's IE in NW Freedom City for furniture. Then HH in NE Freedom City has some cheap kits, such as shower, closet, and freezer kits to install in apts.
