He has incredibly little HP, but he has the most effective ways in the game to escape. max movespeed + invis with 2 second downtime. The ability to just refill your entire HP pool and then use the max movespeed to run away. Having a gem against Weaver doesn't really matter because he moves so fast and can teleport cleverly. If people die a lot as Weaver they are really fucking bad.
A good Weaver is almost impossible to catch, the cunt is so fucking fast and then there's that goddamn ult.
OR when a bunch of people in the enemy team decides to make everything in their power to shut and bring down the Weaver.

If they've got stuns/silences/massive burst damage and a way of getting in range before he Shukuchi's out he's dead, if you don't have it glhf trying to get him.
Not to mention that usually the best stun is wasted thanks to Linken's Sphere.

I honestly think that enigma's ult should either get buffed or the cooldown reduced because at the moment you might as well pick magnus instead.

[/QUOTE] Black hole seems to be slightly more focused on damage than Magnus's RP, and as such should get it's damage buffed. 560 maximum magical if they are right in the centre of the black hole is not enough for an ult with such a long cooldown.
Shadow blade on Riki, hood of defiance on Huskar. Also, anyone wonder why Zeus can have a refresher orb when SB can't have a skull basher? The refresher quite literally doubles the damage of his global nuke, which can pretty much turn a team fight and just straight up kill full hp squishy heroes.

Usually rushing orb is a really bad idea which gives other people even more time to farm up so you better have a pipe or bkb ready by the time Zeus has his refresher&scepter&veil combo.
