It's legit. Both Webhallen and Game are big hardware/game vendors in Sweden. I have ordered a few games from Webhallen quite recently without any issues, and Game has plenty of stores in Sweden.
I can imagine you wont be charged until a copy is send-able, and you'll be charged the correct price of the game. Webhallen clearly states that the price is preliminary and will most likely change. I would also not be surprised if the dates change once an official date is given.

Well, i'm back, at GAME they said it's really TBA and there was some typo at the website, but he said it will probably be released at christmas :doh:
Danish site has Danish games on it so it seems legit to me.
