American howitzer was killer in the right hands.
Which almost never happened. And if it did, everyone on the other team was screwed.
I was most often flying in planes, dominating the skies and sometimes the ground by the use of wing-mounted anti-tank rockets, so the artillery rape problems of ground troops weren't my problem :v:
Nice one year bump there, makes me nostalgic of 1942 and the nebelwerfers sound again. :v:
Well, one day from a year bump.

Vidya is a Sanskrit name for knowledge.
Men of War: Assault Squad
hands down.
I personally thought Hell's Highway was pretty damn good.

Medal of honor frontline was fucking awesome, i'd just watched saving private ryan before i'd played for the first time and it made it so much better.

Oh god the music. Epic nostalgia.
Company of Heroes and Day of Defeat Source for me.
I still play DoDS sometimes, can be lots of fun. Used to play realisms with communities as well, which are kind of like CSS in that when you die you don't respawn until end of round, and you have squad leaders and etc and more strategy in the map with an attacking team and a defending team.

This.
I still love all other WWII games to death as well, such as MoH: Frontline, MoH: Rising Sun, and more.
A lot of people say they are sick of the WWII theme, and now they're even saying they're sick of the modern theme (what the hell do those people want?!), but I still crave more. I'm looking forward to Red Orchestra 2.
I've played a lot of them but World War II Online is still the best for me.
I had some unforgettable moments in that game

I think I'm one of these people, what I want is more creative shooters like back in the 90's. Stuff like Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, Deus Ex (there's the new one coming out which is good), etc.
Hearts of Iron III.
