Seems like it would be better if the League of Legends logo was centered, and he was in the bottom left. You'd have to lose some of the barrels for it, but it'd look kinda like he was looking at the logo.
My artistic sensibilities are complete shit, though, so maybe not.

Thats possible. just set certain ROM files to launch defualt with the emulator. so when it launches, it opens the emulator
Or instead of making a mess of your emulator you could just create a shortcut that launches your emulator with the rom file passed to it - and add that shortcut to steam as a game.
