Well my point is the minecart is originally Notch's work and val stole it to promote mineville. he then gifted his banner to nerdy, now nerdy had the minecart redone, and uses it for his site. there is no theft in anyway he was gifted the banner in the first place and the edited work was stolen from notch in the first place no one is more at fault then the other so stop pointing fingers and grow up.

Ok. As I see it has been fixed. The logo is off the site and all my post with this image are being changed as we speak. I thought I was in the right to use that image. But I guess I was wrong. My bad. We all make mistakes.

Ah, now I get it. I thought everyone was raging over this, but I would be angry if mine or my friend's work got used for something that it wasn't used for.
I am upset about this, but there's nothing you can do about it but just not go on his site. It's not illegal, he never had a creative commons or policy of use thing on it, so there cannot be any legal action taken.
Again, we can't do anything but not visit his site. Just ignore him and move on, and remember that the logo is not the entire site. It's just a logo.
