Just an FYI, you can have ads on a site without it being for profit. To cover server costs etc and pay for more stuff for the site. What he did is still wrong though, he should never use artwork he has not been authorised to use. However if this was not made clear and he was provided with the image then I can understand where the misunderstanding came about. Anyway on topic, does anyone know a good SMP server that doesn't require being whitelisted?
