I agree completely, I thought that this would quell the whining and prove that he still cares to the community, but now they're asking for compensation because he wants to give them more content.
As good as the update sounds I think I'd rather him fix SMP first.

i intend on staying up all night to study and/or blow off studying playing video games
I saw a creepy figure in a cave on hangover's, and I teleported back to my home out of fear. Another player went looking for it and didn't find anything. It looked like a default player skin, but I didn't see any name tag over it, it was weird.
