Is there a way to force the game to generate islands in the sky?

Different Question: A few mates and I wanted to play SMP, they could all connect just fine, however I kept getting booted from my own server getting "Bad Packet ID" errors. Anyone got a fix for this?

I don't deny that valve slightly dropped the ball on the multiplayer achievements, but on a game like minecraft it shouldn't really change the way people play multiplayer if the achievements were to be kept sensible. That being said, I'd rather have statistics. Just random fluff like how many creepers you've killed in the current world, overall and the longes streak without dying etc. It's always fun to see that you've smelted over a million gold bars. Still, all this is secondary decorations after the inner workings are done.
