So I went back into the game to see what I'd lost when I died. Not only are all of those items still gone, but the game has glitched and reverted the world back to about 7 hours prior to that death. I know this because I hollowed out my underground redstone playground from page 24 around this time, and now when I go back to it I see it still hasn't been fully hollowed out. I had left a couple redstone contraptions down there, meaning that the ~120 redstone I had sitting in those contraptions, is gone too.
First off, fuck this I'm going to hack it and give myself all my shit back. Second, I think this glitch was caused by an odd crashing behavior I'd experienced. Around this time in the game would crash every 5 or so minutes when I tried to resize the game. I'd never had this happen before, but it happened pretty consistently. I'm thinking there's a link between the crashing and the faulty world save. Is this a common bug or is it something I should bring up?

Support is 80% of hosting for me. Without good support you are going to have problems and a lot of them. 2+ hours for a response which doesn't even help is unacceptable for me.
8mbps is 1MBps no were near 100KBps. 200KBps is the best I ever get on the server. Although the majority of times it will be 30KBps-100KBps. It also takes forever to establish connections. So SSH/SFTP take a good 5-10 seconds to first connect. This can cause problems sometimes causing YUM to timeout. With 50KBps though it takes forever to install packages anyways.
The server will also have daily lag spikes with both the connection dropping to nothing and the vps running very slow. Which will last 30 minutes to hours. And by the time they respond to my ticket the spike is over. And they just say "its running fine here". Ya well it wasn't running fine 2 hours ago.[/QUOTE]
