I finished my texture pack, forgot transparency and to redo some other textures, now i gotta go back to work...again. If i finish before 20 minutes, I will be surprised. I'm going for a cartoonish, simple look, while still maintaining the look of minecraft, and also adding a tiny bit of detail. Hard to explain, but when i finally show you guys, you'll know. What I won't be redoing: Possibly ores, probably not leaves, most of the plants. It depends if i want to finish it tonight or not. Kinda like bandcraft, but with a bit more detail and in a different style.

Could you just put Java on your flash drive too? Or would that not work? I've been seeing a surprising lack of Java on a lot of computers.

I love the way minecraft looks when you pull the camera back far enough that you don't focus on the blockiness. Just epic.

The system works by basically telling the exe to use the files you put in the flash drive opposed to the appdata folder. I do not know if you will have to update the files each time an update comes out, or if the update will come to them naturally, but it should work.
