If you want to start an online server from your house, you've got to make sure your ports are forwarded. Go into your router settings- there should be an option.

In your address bar, in your browser, type in "192.168.1.1" Enter in your Router information. (its name and your password) if you dont have a password default is "admin" On the toobar it says "applications and gaiming" click it.
Find where it says "single port forwarding" and type in the following:

For your Ip address, run cmd and type in ipconfig and look for "ipv4 Address" and add the last 3 digits in the box.

add that to the end of the IP and it should work
