I suggest looking up the "perfect sphere guide" on the minecraft forums. I would ink you, but I cant get on the minecraft forums at work.
Just used the guide last night to build me a glass dome underwater. Still needs finishing, but its quite awesome, at least as far as domes go.
Cant wait to get it connected to a hallway of glass, and build a far larger dome to link it to.
Only downside is the beaches in my world are slowly being destroyed. And by slowly, I mean in one minecraft day an isaldn exists. By night fall it would seem as though it had vanisheded entirely.
Gonna need to make a tree farm too, burning through coal by the stack smelting glass.

Minecraft seemed to have killed my 9800GT. I would start to play, and then the screen would lock up with random lines appearing on the screen. Afterwards the lines wouldn't go away. I've had to swap over to a 9600GT.
Any suggestions on why it would lock up? I've updated it's drivers and it still wasn't working.
Maybe the card is dead? (I've had it for 2 years, I hope thats not how long they're supposed to last)

Guys, what depth is iron generally found at? My house is pretty much established, I found 4 diamond ore's at the bottom of the map, but I've yet to come across a single bit of iron. 'Elp!
