Minecraft Thread v39 - Games

So. I've got a dedicated server machine coming in soon (my mom's boyfriend no longer needs it) for general operations, but I currently don't have a use for it - I was going to host a garry's mod server but I decided the competition was too tough, so I'm probably going to run a Minecraft server instead when it gets here and I get it set up. Are there any server mods that I should get that don't make SMP into a glorified Creative? If it gets popular, I'm going to need ops. remaking the whole op is kind of a dumb idea but having a uniform banner size would probably make it more organized since there are a few stupidly huge banners

There's a youtube video, titled something like invisible redstone door, that I used.
